She knows what the Olive Garden is, and it simply says little more than the restaurant meets a niche in Grand Forks, and meets it well. I have no reason to think the Grand Forks Olive Garden sucks, and I think the only basis to assume this is that the joke is on Grand Forks, not her or the Olive Garden. Which means the joke is on us.
