OH,, WHOA HERE SHE COMES, SHE'S A CEREAL EATER: Hall and Oates have sued a company that's making "Haulin' Oats" granola. We'll have to wait to see if the court will make their dreams come true, or whether they'll be told "I Can't Go For That (No Can Do)."

  1. Really? You couldn't have gone with "Braneater?"

  2. My dad's been calling them Haulin' Oats since the 80s. I may have to track down some of this granola for him, before they cease and desist.

  4. And here's the irony of the court case doubling down on what is already an ironic situation - according to Wikipedia, anyway: "Ironically, the duo never really liked to be referred to as "Hall & Oates". In an interview with Esquire Magazine, John Oates said, 'There isn't one album that says Hall and Oates. It's always Daryl Hall and John Oates. From the very beginning. People never note that. The idea of "Hall and Oates", this two-headed monster, this thing, is not anything we've ever wanted or liked.'"
