"Gorilla, You're a Desperado," by Zevon. Just for the lyrics alone. "Big gorilla at the L.A. Zoo / Snatched the glasses right off my face / Stole the keys to my BMW / Left me here to take his place."

Or you could put the first lines of Springsteen's Promised Land on a loop:
On a rattlesnake speedway in the Utah desert/
I pick up my money and head back into town.

Lizard -- I do not recommend the 23 minute King Crimson Lizard. Unless you have a house full of prog fanatics, it's 3am, and they're baked out of their minds.

Punt and go with something by the band Flying Lizards.

Not cocktail party appropriate, unless you hate your guests, but I am rather fond of Pink Floyd's "Several Species of Small Furry Animals Gathered Together in a Cave and Grooving with a Pict" (It's not the song I enjoy quite as much as the title.)
