I rarely go to Target. In fact, I couldn't tell you the last time I was in one. It's been years. There isn't one in Center City and although Target is one of the nicer places on Delaware Ave, it's still Delaware Ave. Last week my partner was traveling for work and left her makeup bag sitting on our sink at home. She ran to Target at 9:30 at night to pick up some essentials and then called me afterwards, "Oh my God, you walk in that place and you just want to buy all of this stuff that you don't need!" No wonder all of my facebook friends curse that place constantly!
I would've purchased at least one Billy bookcase recently, but they've discontinued the beech version, much to my chagrin. (I have, however, purchased two furniture pieces from Ikea in the past few weeks.)

ReplyDeleteIKEA is more like "that one bookcase everyone has." Practically everyone I know has at least one Billy bookcase.
ReplyDeleteI've purchased six Billy bookcases in the past six weeks, and probably will be getting one more soon :)
