I'm not surprised that they mention Beyonce's "Love On Top", but I'm certainly glad they did. Its last minute is breathtaking. It's still my favorite Beyonce song.
I love so many of these songs. I remember so clearly the first time I heard Love on Top-- every time she changed keys, I yelled to my wife in astonishment, "Another key change!"
Fun list. But does anyone else agree with me that there is not a key change at the coda of "Hey Jude?" I think it is still in F. And perhaps what is most astonishing about that extended coda is that it never does change key, when it would have been easy (cheap, even?) to modulate.
