IT'S NO "GHOST MOM!"  The Dissolve spoils in a brief and handy manner this week's Nicholas Sparks adaptation The Longest Ride, which (mild spoiler) turns on a will provision that I'm not quite sure would pass legal muster.

I read this earlier, and the final sentence about his unspoken line slayed me.

And it's pretty magnificent, if not quite up to the sheer insanity of Deep Blue Sea with Stellar Skateboard.

Nicholas Sparks is M. Night Shyamalan, except the twist is always cancer.

I know Sparks traffics in saccharine love stories, but I doubt he's ever written of a love as honest and true as Evan Goldberg and Deep Blue Sea.

His unabashed enthusiasm for that was infectious and a delight.

  8. It really made me miss June, because for CERTAIN she and Evan would have taken a side together.

I endured the preview for this FIVE times during the Day O' Movies this year. Almost reason enough to not see five movies in one day. Almost.
