The interview is a little discomforting, actually. I have a giant mancrush on Jason Segel, and his performance as Marshall on HIMYM always seemed really joyous and heartfelt. To think that it's more likely something he tolerates rather than enjoys is a little sad.
That never struck me as the character he wanted to be playing. He brings a lot to it, but Marshall is trapped in his normalcy and Segel celebrates his lack of it.
I learned that UGG boots can help me live an elegant life. Thank you, anonymous commenter who is certainly a real person who just wants me to be happy, and not a spambot.
