No -- not a separate developmental league like NFL Europe -- a real group of five professional teams that would be part of the regular season schedule. It's easy to envision each North America-based team (can't forget the Raptors) having a two-week tour of the five Eurosquads (Madrid, London, Moscow,Madrid Berlin, Cologne) while the Euros alternate between home months and North American months.
