THREE RIVERS, OR ONE BAY? PRIMANTI'S, OR THAT GUY WHO BEAT IRON CHEF SAKAI? Because last night was clearly not enough drama and shouldn't have happened, let's ask again: Pittsburgh, or San Francisco?
Man, one-off tiebreaker games are the best. I'll root for Pittsburgh on the principle of...um...honestly, this is kind of coin flipping. Let's go with the Giants never had as good uniforms as this.
Heart says Giants. Head says Pittsburgh. A healthier 2014 Giants team -- no Pagan? No Morse? -- and a less streaking 2014 Giants team would have me a lot more comfortable about it all... I'd love a chance at the Nationals here, but with 2010 and 2012 under our belt, I think it's too much to hope for for a deep run.
Heart says GO GIANTS because Buster Posey is my daughter's hero (she's a catcher and wears #28, and did you know he has a sister who plays softball named Samantha, which is my daughter's name?) and SF is one of my favourite cities in the world. Head has no idea because I don't follow MLB closely enough to know which team has a better chance.

I do love the detail that Brandon Crawford's Grand Slam was the first ever post-season Grand Slam by a shortstop.
