MOOT COURT JUSTICE: I'm not sure what is more confusing to me about this story -- (a) the fact that Alex Kozinski was presiding over a trial (one involving depictions of bestiality, which momentarily will become a relevant fact); (b) the fact that he has a web site where he posted a video of a "half-dressed man cavorting with a sexually aroused farm animal" (see, I told you); or (c) the fact that he -- without question one of the smartest jurists on the bench, no matter whether you agree with him -- thought that, as a practical (not necessarily, but arguably also, legal) matter, neither (a) nor (b) disqualified him from doing the other.

For those few of you who were around, yes, the title is a law school musical reference.
