CHEESE DOODLE: I'm starting to really worry about The Office. I fear that since they decided to keep Pam and Jim together and happy, there's just no sustaining narrative arc that's carrying the show, as much as I like the concept of Stringer Bell, Office Manager it's not leading to good shows. In the absence of the level of character investment we've had in the past, the gags just aren't good enough, not one moment as funny as the throwaway "Backpack! Is Map in you tonight?" which followed on 30 Rock, and not nearly enough Stanley and Creed. This has not been a good run since the Super Bowl spectacular.
