TARA REID, HOWEVER, FELL OFF THE LIST: Dangerously overexposed and under-dressed Desperate Housewife Eva Longoria tops this year's Maxim Hot 100, up a stunning 90 slots from last year, when (for some reason) she was #91 despite having her sole credits being a soap role and a role on Dick Wolf's failed Dragnet retooling. Longoria's placement puts her ahead of such "surprises" as Jessica Simpson (#9), Jessica Alba (#5), Christina Aguilera (#16), Jennifer Garner (#3), Katie Holmes (#22), and Natalie Portman (a suprisingly low #42, given, y'know, "Splits In A Thong").
