I LOVE SCOTCH: Maxim magazine lists the 20 Greatest Movie Drinkers from Ron Burgundy and the McKenzie Brothers to E.T. and Arthur. Will Ferrell's Frank "the Tank" is No. 1. No word on whether the Donger, Henry Chinaski, or George Bailey made the cut.
