BECAUSE AMERICA NEEDS MORE COLONS IN ITS TITLES: When I was editing my law journal in law school, we had an author who wanted her paper titled "The Flim-Flam Father And The Fifth Amendment," in spite of the fact that her paper (on tax law!) had exactly nothing to do with the Fifth Amendment.
