WITH CAMEO BY MUPPET DONAGHY: If NBC is serious about bringing back L&O:SVU without Chris Meloni and Mariska Hargitay, who apparently want more money than NBC is willing to pay anyone whose name isn't Jay Leno, isn't the logical answer Muppets?
