IS THIS IRREPLACABLE? Tim Schafer is a video game developer of some note, who was working on a project for Activision. Activision dropped the game from further development, and it was picked up by EA. Now, the game, which is developing substantial buzz, is the subject of a lawsuit, with Activision claiming it still has rights in the game. Schafer's response to the lawsuit is the priceless moment: "Hey, if Activision liked it, then they should have put a ring on it."
