CAN THEY WORK IN A COLOR ME BADD TRIBUTE? After finishing playing the World's Worst Spanish Teacher on
Glee, Matthew Morrison is now
attached to the musical version of Finding Neverland, which racked up seven Oscar nominations in 2004 (including Johnny Depp's inexplicable nomination over Paul Giamatti for
Sideways). Seriously, in a show filled with terrible people who we are continually beaten over the head with the message of "like this person!," Will Scheuster is The Worst, right?
Sounds like the opposite of True Detective, "Seriously, in a show filled with terrible people who we are continually beaten over the head with the message of 'don't like this person!," Rust Cohle is The Best, right?"
ReplyDeleteIs this the beginning of his escape from Glee? Then I approve.
ReplyDeleteAllegedly, the entire Lima thread is going away at some point this season, leaving the final season to focus on NYC. I'd be more reassured of that if they weren't reassuring us left and right that Jane Lynch is staying on the show.
ReplyDeleteI stopped watching after season 2 or maybe at some point in season 3 -- wasn't the original Mrs. Scheu character The Worst? Did he somehow eclipse her, and, if so, how is that scientifically possible?
ReplyDeleteTerri was a worse person, but she was established as such, while Will manages to win a Teacher of the Year award in the same three months that it's revealed that he (A SPANISH TEACHER!) does not speak a word of Spanish.
ReplyDeleteThere are whole videos devoted to clip packages of Mr. Scheu's awfulness. I can't wait until the whole show moves to NYC. I can't stand the McKinley storylines for one more minute! I wish Blaine wasn't moving to NY! He's another one that I'm supposed to love but I can't stand.
