A BRAIN, AN ATHLETE, A BASKET CASE, A PRINCESS AND A CRIMINAL:  Thirty years ago today, according to the movie, The Breakfast Club met for Saturday detention at Shermer (Ill.) High School.

    Ah, the centerpiece of "John Hughes does a mockumentary of my high school life" trilogy. (I went to a high school the next town over from where this was filmed and Hughes exaggerated North Shore high school life, not made it up wholesale.)
