A List Of Things Thrown Five Minutes Ago

I'M IN THE WRONG LINE OF WORK: If you're really bored, the complete budgets for M. Night Shymalan's four big films have been made public, that story hits a few points, but some other tidbits:

• Judy Greer made $150,000 for her work on The Village as "Kitty Walker"
• Cherry Jones did better, making $350,000 for playing "Mrs. Clack," more than star Bryce Dallas Howard was paid.
• "Technical Advisors" on the film got paid $30,000, or $2,500 a week. I assume they were historical advisors.
• $1,300,000 went to James Newton Howard for his score (admittedly, a high point of the film).

I liked what Shymalan was trying to do with the film a lot better than many did, but still, this budget is insane.
