A TASTE OF SUMMER: I made this recipe for lobster, corn and tomato salad for my family as part of our annual Labor Day feast. It's a simple recipe that relies heavily on the quality of the ingredients, but at this time of year it's easy to find good corn and sublime tomatoes. The result was delicious!
