STOKE ME, STOKE ME or THE UNTENABLE FIREPLACE: If you're like me, you came away from this article about a squabble between the occupants of an Upper West Side co-op, a squabble that is newsworthy in the fact that among the building's tenants are Bono, Steven Spielberg, Steve Martin, and 95-year-old Mitch Miller of "Sing Along With..." fame, impressed with the fact that rocker Billy Squier, another resident, despite last having a hit record in 1984, was shrewd enough to not completely squander his money.
