I'm skeptical on #21; there's Mexico City, Guatemala City, Vatican City, Kuwait City and Panama City.  I suppose they can consider Vatican City as being the sort of one, but that seems like a legit answer to me as well.  Perhaps Brasilia?

I did so much better on this than I would have before I started taking Sporcle quizzes all the time.

Finn, VC is indeed the "sort of" one - they say that since the country is named Vatican City, the city would have to be named Vatican City City to truly qualify.

    #24 is my favorite.

Ah, I see there is an answer key I missed (and #24 is indeed good, though I'm also a fan of #28)

I thought Brasilia as well, but they say Vatican City, because for it technically to pass it would have had to be Vatican City City.
