new restaurant themed after Star Wars with a chicken and waffles dish called "The Dark Fried" and hot wings called "Thermal Detonators." There's also an
Indiana Jones-themed bar in the works.

ReplyDeleteThis is now twice this year this blog has done this to me. It was completely out of my memory, but now all I can think about is the theme to "Disney's Adventures of the Gummi Bears."

ReplyDeleteTwo verses and choruses, because it was the 80s, and you really had to stretch for time.
ReplyDeleteWell, credits were much longer then in general.
ReplyDeleteAfter a cursory youtube check, you're right. It's not just long credits, they all had full theme songs.
ReplyDeleteIt's part of the gradual shrinking of shows, which are about 22 minutes now and probably had a full minute more (at least) in the '80s. Take a poke through the various Disney offerings of the time, like Ducktales or Rescue Rangers, all of which have full themes (and pretty good ones).
