OR A SLUGGING PERCENTAGE OF 2.144 AND OPS OF 3.144: After last night, Albert Pujols is now 7-9 in bases-loaded situations this season, hitting five grand slams and producing twenty-four RBI. Can it be argued that even with Matt Holliday batting behind him, we've landed on a player worth considering walking intentionally with the bases loaded? Apparently, this has only happened six times in the history of the game, most recently with Josh Hamilton being walked by the Rays last year with the Rays holding a 7-3 lead with two outs in the bottom of the ninth.

[In his career, he's 41-99 in such situations with 7 walks, 9 doubles, 0 triples and 11 HR, producing 136 RBI.]
