  3. Is there a Dance with Dragons included in the show.  (Apologies for the awful pun.)

Now you've done it. You've Awoken the Dragon.

Imagine, "Songs of Ice and Fire" The numbers pretty much write themselves. We have "Winter is Coming," the big opening number. We get Tyrion doing a comedic song-and-dance, with "A Lannister Always Pays his Debts." Which gets reprised in darker and darker versions by Jaime and Cersei later on. We introduce the doings across the Narrow Sea with "Don't wake the Dragon" and the tender "My Sun and Stars."

In King's Landing, we meet the Small Council through Varys and Littlefinger's comedic duet "A Little Bird Told Me." Act I ends in the Aerie with the unsettling but stunningly staged "Make the Bad Man Fly."

I'm thinking Act II opens at the Wall with "Taking the Black." Some quick comic relief with "Hodor, Hodor, Hodor." Dany escapes her assasination attempt and thinks of Westeros with "A Fine Arbor Vintage."  The rest we can workshop.

I'm seeing NPH as Jaime and Anne Hathaway as Hodor. (With Brian Stokes Mitchell as Ned and Norbert Leo Butz as Littlefinger.)
