BUCKNERED:  Fakest on-screen baby ever? Didn't care. That was some great Curb, and even though some of the setups were obvious the payoffs were grand slams.

  1. Do you think they sought or received George Lucas's permission for what they did there?  (Also the other one, whom I'm forgetting.)

I wound up watching the prior two Curbs right before this one (just back from a long trip), and I think I actually preferred the Rosie episode somewhat, for whatever reason.  Maybe because I'm not a baseball fan (though, as a Long Island boy, I certainly watched that game in '86, as well as the others).  That said, either I have a misimpression as to what Viagra does, or they do.  But both episodes were very funny in any event.

  2. Temporary threadjack on the topic of my catch-up tv viewing:  Blogger is blocked where I was traveling, so I only popped by occasionally, but did you do a post on the Louie episode "Duckling"?  I thought it was a very beautiful episode, revealing tremendous depth and growth.  Wow.

  3. I tend to watch Louie episodes a few days late; also, I like to defer to others on the show.  But that was a special episode.

  4. After posting the above, I read Alan's short, sweet commentary, with which I agree:  http://www.hitfix.com/blogs/whats-alan-watching/posts/louie-ducklings-go-go-uso

  5. Okay, I'll bite: what do you believe Viagra does?

  6. I think that Viagra helps men with erectile problems to obtain and maintain an erection.  (And please don't bite.)
