I'm on board. This restaurant is at the bottom of my old office building: http://thewafflehollywood.com/?page_id=86 It's not that amazing, but they do sell a ton of different waffles (obviously), including savory waffles that are a big hit with everyone I drag there. I've wondered if that would take off. Personally, I've always been a fan of breakfast for dinner!
