PEPPERED AND COUNTRY: A man dressed as a clown was recently arrested at an Athens, GA Waffle House for having wandered in during the wee small hours of the morning
and smoking a bowl of meth at the counter.
We do not make light of drug addiction on this blog, but the combination of Athens + Waffle House + Clown Suit does kinda hit a sweet spot for us.
