I believe there's also some ancillary litigation betwene the Winklevii and their former counsel that represented them on the settlement (I believe at Quinn Emmanuel) about non-payment of outstanding legal bills connected with that and/or malpractice.
I'm obviously not a serious person, since I could have happily taken my 32.5 million and settled down somewhere pretty to enjoy the life of a country gentleman. Or a city gentleman. Or God Emperor of my own Private Island. Or whatever. But I'm sure 32.5 million doesn't go as far as it used to.
Or, maybe they did not so much heed his advice....
