ZOMBIE IN A PENGUIN SUIT: A few days ago, there was a bit of chatter about the limits of the zombie genre including a discussion of just what sort of slice-of-life moment might make best demonstrate that the world really has gone bad. ReplyDeleteRelatedly, I watched Romero's most recent, Survival of the Dead, last night. Had its moments in trying to draw emotional connections to certain zombies. But Zombie in a Penguin Suit was quite a bit more compelling.
