COOL RANCH FOREVER: The NYT Food Section devotes an entire review to Taco Bell's Doritos Locos Taco, concluding that "for what it is, the Doritos Locos taco is pretty good," and noting that the taco does not present the orange dust problem so common with Doritos.

For what it is, Spanish Flu is pretty mild.

My girls played in a softball tournament on the weekend and one of the items on the concession menu was "walking tacos". They cut open a small bag of nacho Doritos lengthwise and dumped in salsa, lettuce and sour cream (I think that was all - there may have been ground beef) I didn't try one, but I'm told they were tasty.

Sounds like a variation on a Frito Pie. I used to work for someone who was originally from Texas and he was amazed that this Jersey Girl had never heard of Frito Pie.

Oh, Frito Pie.  Heart attack in a bowl but oh so good.
