SPECTACULAR SAND: Hitting the beach this holiday weekend? Consider yourself lucky if that beach happens to be the North Beach at Fort De Soto Park in St. Petersburg, Fla., because it just got named the top beach on Dr. Beach's Top 10 U.S. Beaches.
