LOVE SYDNEY: In more magazine lists of cities news, Sydney tops Travel and Leisure magazine's list of the best cities, the eighth time in 10 years its won the title. Among the magazine's other best ofs--Best hotel: Four Seasons Bali at Sayan; Best U.S. or Canadian hotel: Rusty Parrot Lodge & Spa, Jackson Hole, Wyoming; Best bargain U.S. or Canadian resort: Aerie Resort, Malahat, Vancouver Island; and top domestic airline: Midwest Airlines.
