THANK GOODNESS THERE'S AT LEAST ONE NATIONAL RESULT I CAN BE PLEASED WITH THIS MORNING:  Jeff Probst tells EW what his favorite-ever Survivor challenge has been.  (Also, I kinda stopped watching this season. Is there a reason to try again?)

Season has been very meh, with some really poor strategery (IMO).  Spoiler alert if you don't watch commercials, but CBS is promoting the hell out of the merge this week, so things may conceivably get more interesting.  Having said that, I think most of the potentially interesting competitors are already gone.

Augh, the challenge Probst mentions is one of the most heartbreaking mind-fucks in history.  I still hate the guy who won that season for his manipulation of the 3rd place guy.  Ugh.

Adam C - I COMPLETELY agree.  There have been a few almost-good strategic moves which the dominant players were then not able to follow through on.  (ie - flush the idol away from Marty - smart movie - but then NOT VOTE HIM OUT? WHAT?).
