THIS HEARING IS RATED ARRRR!:Who says C-SPAN is boring? Wednesday, the typically scintillating House Subcommittee on Coast Guard and Maritime Transportation of the Transportation and Infrastructure Committee is having a hearing on International Piracy on the High Seas. Although, couldn't they have held off and held it on International Talk Like A Pirate Day?
