IN BRIGHTEST DAY, IN BLACKEST NIGHT:Y'know that massively budgeted Green Lantern we're getting this summer with Ryan Reynolds, Blake Lively, and Mark Strong? Wouldn't you be much more excited if we were getting one with Nathan Fillion, Elisabeth Moss, and Jason Isaacs? Well, good news! We are (but it's animated/direct to DVD),

They're actually doing the same thing that worked for The Animatrix and Batman: Gotham Knight, that is telling a bunch of loosely-connected vignettes with the characters and settings. Whereas the other two served to bridge the gap between movies one and two (although not all stories served that purpose), I have to assume this will try to position the character a build a little awareness for a goofier, less known DC star.

I love, if my memory is correct (sorry, can't watch it at work) that he uses the old school Oath.
