I READ ABOUT IT IN TIME MAGAZINE:  BBC Sherlock star Benedict Cumberbatch fulfills the need you didn't realize you had of hearing someone impersonate Alan Rickman singing "Candle in the Wind."

OK, that? Was hilarious.  Too bad he didn't also riff on the Hans Gruber lines Linda Holmes identified in her Helen Mirren piece.

  2. That was spectacular, and makes me even sadder we have to wait so long for more "Sherlock."

The new teaser is so exciting. We're getting it down under in October.

When do we get new Sherlock in the US?  I was just thinking that I missed it so.

  6. Fantastic!  My only regret is that I didn't get to hear him do the whole song.

Are you talking about this or the Downey movie?  Because I don't think BBC gets the second season before next year, so I'd be surprised if someone had it first.

That's the best thing I never knew I always wanted.

Yes you're right unfortunately. The broadcaster had programmed it for late 2011 and was advertising that way but now pushed back to revised BBC dates.
