ReplyDeleteFound out earlier this year that I'd been mentally mispronouncing Daubert (the French way), as this was the first time I had to say it out loud. Glad I found that out in front of nice colleagues, not the client or the court.
Pretty sure this is definitive proof that a certain Connecticut law school has too much money and/or time.
