THE DEAD DOVE STORE:  I only ask one thing of 30 Rock: deliver the ha-ha. So welcome back, beloved joke factory. Homonyms! "You're my oldest friend, and also I've know you for a long time." "Why are they blue?"

I peacock this show. (Related: Liz Lemon Soundbard. Does not contain old Dick.)

  1. I'm actually kind of shocked "God Cop" isn't in active development over on USA.

  2. What a fantastic episode. Liz's "witch undertones"... Jenna wanting her "something borrowed" to be Jessica Biel's youth... those were two of my favorites, but the jokes were non-stop. I am really going to miss this show, yet I'm glad and grateful, and a little shocked, that we will have had seven seasons of it. SEVEN!

Is there a show out there that bites the hand that feeds more than 30 Rock does? (Maybe The Simpsons.) They've made endless jokes at NBC's expense over the last seven years, most of which have paid off and all of which have been deserved. And now... tanking the network? Well played, Donaghy.

I read "beloved joke factory" as "beveled joke factory," and thought, "that's not right -- the humor is pretty sharp." So boo to misunderstood you.

The God Cop scenes were so great. "Why are you asking that? You're God! I don't understand the rules." "Let us pray." "TO WHOM?"

And let's hear it for the blink-and-you-missed-it joke of Kenneth's "government ice cream" coming in a Dharma Initiative box!

  7. Wait, are you booing Misunderstood Adam or the fact that you misunderstood Adam?
