WE'RE SORRY. YOU'RE WELCOME. Yes, last night's Better Off Ted was spectacular, especially for those of us who've spent time deposing, prepping witnesses for deposition, and defending depositions. However, one thing that bugged--I understand why for comic purposes you'd have depositions before document discovery, but why was a bigger deal not made of the "missing e-mail?" It actually could have led to some funny jokes about the "routine demagnetizing process" of Veridian Dynamics. Still, if just for the perfection of Veronica's answers to questions like "How would you describe your job?," that was a darn fine half hour of comedy.
