NO, BEAVIS, NOT "HIGH" "COOL": HAIKU, THE HAUNTING THREE LINE FORM OF JAPANESE POETRY: For some reason, Mike Judge is bringing Beavis and Butthead back to MTV with new episodes. I don't know if he burned through his King of the Hill money or he has a new message. Like the Mystery of the Morning Wood, we will probably never know why, exactly.

Hey, if it means at least one episode of the boys mocking Jersey Shore...

Mike Doughty said that B&B were the only ones who correctly identified southern preachers as the source of the "-uh" suffix at the end of every line of his lyrics.  And B&B were great TV -- funny in both text and subtext, as straightforward culture and satire.

    That's a great video -- I think it's Spike Jonze's first video ever.

Yeah, that's what I thought. It's all men saying this is a good thing. I have never understood the appeal of B&B, but my husband thinks they're hilarious. It never ceases to amaze me how many otherwise intelligent men find them funny.
