crowd-surfing during "634-5789" both nights and
chugging a fan's beer in the seats during "Raise Your Hand" on Wednesday, and we couldn't help but wonder: what other entertainers of his generation have that level of trust/comfort with their fans that they'd go out into the crowd and have such unmediated interactions with them? Mick Jagger, no, Neil Young, no, Bob Dylan, no ... and then we thought, Billy Joel, yes?
