HARBOWL:  Ok, let's beat the meme to the punch: favorite brother-on-brother battles, in history or popular culture?  I'll start with Cain v. Abel, Michael v. Fredo, and Randolph v. Mortimer.

  1. Homer Simpson V. Herb Simpson

The US Civil War (best example? The two 1st Maryland Infantry at the Battle of Front Royal, where the Goldsborough of the Confederate 1st Maryland captured his brother, leading the Union 1st Maryland).

    J.R. versus Bobby Ewing

Adolf and Rudolf Dassler, of Puma and Adidas.

Oh, and an honorable mention for Olivia de Havilland vs. Joan Fontaine.
