MOTHER, MAY I SLEEP WITH (REDACTED FOR SPOILERS): Speaking of trailers, Lifetime has released a trailer for its upcoming remake of Flowers In The Attic, including a creepy "Sweet Child O'Mine" cover and Heather Graham doing high camp.
The key difference is that this one seems to be embracing the camp/silliness/disaster factor (with the exception of Shipka), while TSOM seems to be taking everything SO SERIOUSLY.
Absolutely. I'll be hooting AT Sound, and hooting WITH this disaster (look, unless they really nail it somehow, this is still based on Flowers and is inherently awful).
If you read only one book about arsenic poisoning, incest and the laws of intestate succession, be sure it's Flowers in the Attic!
ReplyDeleteSome people are looking forward to the Sound of Music disaster, others are looking forward to this disaster; me, I'm all for both!

ReplyDeleteI like the cover of Sweet Child of Mine, though.
ReplyDeleteMe too - by "Taken By Trees" my Shazam app said.
ReplyDeleteI already have this in my calendar - a number of women of a certain age will be gathering to watch together.
