LOSES 2-0 TO "STOPPED CLOCK" EVERY DAY: Is there a less-accurate popular source of information than weather.com? As an example, today it lists an 8-point difference in the high-temperature forecast for zip codes in Oakland, California that are two miles apart, distinguished by no significant geographic features.
