THERE'S A BATHROOM ON THE RIGHT:  Five minutes of illustrated musical mondegreens; hold me closer, Tony Danza indeed.

  1. Randy6:19 PM

One of my favorite misheard lyrics: back in university, the soundtrack for "The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert" was in heavy rotation at our house. (Three gays and a girl living together; she was easily out-voted.) We became intimately familiar with "I've Never Been To Me", yet that didn't stop our female roommate from hearing the line "You're a discontented mother, and a regimented wife" as "You're a discontented mother, and a rich, demented wife." And we laughed and laughed.

  2. I stopped about halfway through, because too many of these felt too forced. "Obama self," my butt. Who misheard that?

  3. Carrie6:33 PM

Except for "Hold me closer, Tony Danza," I liked this better when Wayne and Garth did it on SNL. There's a bathroom on the right, indeed.
