ReplyDeleteDid Fogerty ever get his fees? He had the right to seek them thanks the the supremes, but if the suit made it to trial, I don't know how frivolous the suit was.
ReplyDeleteWhen I first started writing, a friend of mine showed me a copy of Neil Young's "Trans" album, and, in the wake of my love of the "Harvest Moon" record (just out that year), it pretty much made Neil Young my hero.
